What we collect when you buy
Your name, email address and payment details, plus your phone number and address if your order needs them. Stripe takes the payment, so we never see your full card number. We use these to fulfil your order, email your download link, and keep the records the law requires.
Who handles it for us
Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails) and Vercel (hosting this site). Some of these may process data outside the UK under safeguards the law allows.
Cookies and Meta
We remember your cookie choice in a cookie that lasts six months. If you say yes, we also use the Meta pixel, which sets cookies so we can see which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, checkouts and sales, and show ads to people who've visited. For checkouts and sales we also send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed form, your IP address, your browser details and the value of the order. Meta may use this under its own terms, and it may process data outside the UK. If you say no, none of this happens and you can still buy.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. We rely on your consent for Meta, on our contract with you to fulfil orders, and on our legal duties for tax records.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for at least six years for tax and accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
