Who you're buying from

Prices
Prices are in pounds and include any VAT due. UK delivery is included with the Hard Copy.
Refunds
All sales are final, except where the law gives you a right to cancel or return. If you're buying for your business, the consumer rights below don't apply.
Digital Edition, if you're a consumer
You ask for access straight away at checkout and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel the digital edition once you have that access.
Hard Copy, if you're a consumer
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the printed book by emailing us, then return it unused within 14 days at your own cost. We'll refund the book price once it's back. The digital copy included with it isn't refundable once accessed. If it arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
Dean Brings It
We agree a date together after you book. Travel to you is included. If you're a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of booking, unless the day has already taken place at your request.
Implement with Dean
A one-off £497 for 90 days of implementation support: three 30-minute calls (kickoff, around day 30 and around day 75), a tailored action plan, and progress reviews and help with blockers during those calls. It isn't done-for-you and doesn't include support between calls. You do the implementation. We agree call times together. If you're a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of buying, unless you've asked us to start and the service has been fully delivered. If you've had part of it we may keep a fair amount for what's been provided.
Saving your card
If you buy the Digital Edition or Hard Copy, your card is saved securely by Stripe so you can add Implement with Dean in one click on the next page. It's only charged again if you choose that.
Results
This is a method, not a promise. Nobody controls Google or AI systems. Results depend on your market, your offer and the work you put in. No ranking, citation, enquiry or income is guaranteed.
Your copy
You may use the prompts and worksheets in your own business. Republishing or reselling the book is not permitted.
